I officially love Cingular Wireless

First off, I have been having a little trouble with my phone. I only just upgraded less than a year ago, and I was having a heck of a time downloading a ringtone just the other day.

So I called and spoke with a guy there on the support line… It must have been 9pm on a Friday (such is my life - and THAT is a highlight, too) - and PS? What’s with all the CUTE-sounding reps? That alone makes them winners.

Ok so long story short - they are pretty sure the problem is with my phone.

So, they are going to send me a NEW phone just like it - at no cost to me. It should arrive… get this: TOMORROW. I know! I got to chat up yet another rep yesterday about it.

And to think… it all started because I couldn’t get Kanye as a ringtone.

Oh cellphones. LOL. I’m such a techie when it comes to my computer but put a cellphone in my hand and you’d think I was from the 1800s. I haven’t the foggiest idea how to download new ringtones from my phone… gah. Cool that they are so quick to replace your phone. Most companies pretend to be that caring of their customers but then it’s like pulling teeth to get anything from them. Cingular is a very good company.

Actually, I never really understood what you meant therea bout “love”… lol Anyways, I envy you guys there… just call up the company, and they’d come replacing your broken gadget. There’s never such a thing here where I live. xP~
