Don’t jinx it.

Remember back when I told you about the surgery I was trying to have scheduled? A couple weeks after I posted that entry, I got another call from the pencil-shit-in chick. Hmmm, guess what? HAD TO RESCHEDULE. AGAIN.

I didn’t say anything then, but I’m sure if you read that entry you can guess my response.

I am scheduled to be at the hospital tomorrow morning, early early (I have no idea if that should be “bright” and early, because I am never up at that time, being that it’s so very early… so I wouldn’t know how bright it would be). I am on the schedule, first thing in the morning. I had my pre-op appointment yesterday (interesting visit - tell ya more later) and then over to the lab for all the bloodwork, etc.

I *think* I *might* actually have the surgery - tomorrow. I’ll let you know on Saturday if it ends up happening.

Since I’m going to be out tomorrow, I have a ton of stuff I want to get done before I leave tonight but I wanted to share the interesting office visit I had. Since I can’t do it now, I’ll just start by saying that I am wondering if *someone* in that office had some sort of personal interest involved when it came to scheduling this surgery. No one else can seem to come up with any other explanation. Interesting, indeed. They are even waving the co-pay for my insurance as a courtesy. They said it was the least they could do. Whatever the case, they agreed that “something” was not right with all of this.
